Buckwheat Dog Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to absolutely love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your desktop board, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and packed securely in its original packaging (including the metal frame, glass panel, 3 paper inserts, and 5 magnets).

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at buckwheatdogmagnetboards@gmail.com with your order number to request a return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely (broken glass due to poor return packaging will void the refund).
  3. Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned board, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
